Hello, all I live in kissimmee, which we all know have been hit with 3 hurricanes back to back this season, but still travel is up! I have 2 gold mines when it comes to that! really 3
i have a contract for sale on one that I think I may want to lip for 5k
but then i have 1 condo in a hot area that the owner tells me to day no matter what get rid of it! even a lease purchase with 10k down.1500.00 per month.
now in weekly rentals alone he makes 1035.00 i would say, 3 weeks out of the month he makes 2000.00.
now the other appraise 230k she needs 185k it was purchased on a f/c. but husband got ill and now she has to sale after putting all this work in the home and it too is a great vacation home
3/2 pool home. she will do a rent-to-own or lease purchase with min. 75k down and 1550.00 per month.
how do i make money or get rid of these homes!
