Sports Complex – The Courthouse:
This is different: I was at a sports event for my son and the athletic directors approached me with a proposal to build what is called a Courthouse, a large building with a minimum four basket ball courts and volleyball courts. One of the directors sent me a link of a like operation on the south end of town and requested that I give it some thought for the C-2 land one of my LLC’s owns about a mile from the school.
I have never developed a project similar to this nor am I interested in sports but it seems to be a project of need for local schools trying to balance gym time. My son has to go to practice sometimes at 6:00 a.m. and sometimes at 8:00 p.m. which is a hassle at best. Anyone here been in on a project of this type and what can I expect?
P.S. I contracted by email the Manager of the south end Courthouse asking if they had any interest in participating in this project and to have their department head contact me and am waiting for a reply.

sports facilities + contract time = $$$
Basketball courts, leagues for all ages, clinics, plus
ice hockey is huge.
I would like to know more information.
