Quick Question About This Forum

joefm26 profile photo

H I guess this is a questions for the mods of this forum. I want to make sure I understand the forum before I post just so I don't get into trouble. Am I correct in my reading of the rules that I can advertise somewhat in this forum? As long as it is a deal that I am involved in. For instance need someone to put up downpayment cash for a property I want to buy that sort of thing?

Thanks
Joe

Within some pretty strict limits, yes. The property must be commercial, i.e. it may not contain less than 5 residential units. You may not simply say, "I am looking for somebody with $10,000 down," You must give us enough information that somebody thinking about doing your "deal" could at least think of what questions they would need to have answered. I would just add two points:

    1. You can't advertise in this Forum if all you're trying to do is sell the real estate(commercial or residential) because the appropriate place for that is the TCI Properties section.

    2. The types of property permitted in this Forum also include vacant land.
