I am thinking of buying a stripmall in pittsbugrh , pennsylvania. It is 1.1 million and generates 133k. any advise or comments .

    I have acces to a group that is Pittsburgh based, and interested in Pittsburgh only. What part of the city is it - Hampton, Shaler, Mt. Lebo, Northside...?
