Possible Private Sports Club/camping
I have 40 acres with an older farmhouse and hay barn, corral 1 mile long motor cross track and goose blind and good hunting.
This property is in Wellington Colorado and there is a market for this or some other type of sports club. I am looking for someone to save the property from foreclosure or short sale the property and lease the house and 5 acres back to me and assist me in getting the camp ground/sports club going.
There are two lakes within walking or riding distance that have good fishing etc. please let me know any information that may help.
