Partner For 82 Units In New Jersey
I am a Real Estate Agent in N.J. looking to form small partnership to purchase and rehab mixed use 80 unit apartment building . The buildings structure is all brick but it needs total rehab. (new elec,heating,baths etc.) I have done smaller projects, but looking for someone that has experience. This building is in low cost housing area w/section eight renters.
(grant money & tax incentives available in this area)

1. what is your exit strategy on this deal?
2. how do you plan to finance this commercial deal...ie: all cash, 65 LTV financing w/ seller carryback, etc...
3. what is the NOI, current occupancy & avg. rent per unit?
