Looking For Shopping Centers
Ok, not the shopping centers everybody else is looking for. Do not tell me about 6,7,8% cap rates fully occupied.
I am looking for at least 15,000 square feet vacant but not more than 50,000 square feet vacant. in OK neighborhoods. Preferably where an anchor moved out or was driven out by a new center nearby.
Any ideas?
This is own of my target markets.
There are a lot of neighborhood strip centers that are rip for renovation..
A lot of these are own by their original owners and are fully depreciated. Getting they to look at an offer is hard.
