Investing In Texas
I am a LO in Texas and I am starting to get quite a few phone calls from California Investors. I am under the impression that the CA market is really slowing down. Is this true?

Yes, many astute investors are moving their money from California to Texas. California is going to see a large drop in prices over the next couple years. Many California investors believe that Texas is one of the safest and most affordable places to put their money.
