How Do You Establish A Long-term On Lease(land Only?
There is a pretty good plot of acreage owned free and clear near a major military base. What steps should be taken to establish a long-term lease contract with a builder? and What are the standards if any on long-term leases?

if this is in a good growth area w/ high enough traffic counts and commercially zoned, you may be able to do a commercial land lease. I would talk with some brokers familiar with your area that specialize in commercial properties.
