Equity Partner Opportunity 20 Units
I have an opportunity to bring in equity partners or assign the contract for a 20 unit apartment building (Omaha, NE). The purchase price is $735,000, with a NOI of $67,000. The property is fully occupied and in a good rental neighborhood.
