put an executive summary and proforma financials and start shopin it to investors, CPAs, attys, investment firms, etc.
Also, you if you have LOIs or leases from starbucks, kinkos, fed-ex in had that makes the project much more valuable.
geez.. I bet a lawyer would knoiw that.
