Assignment A Contract
I have a property under contract and have been reading about assigning of contract. Where do I look for cash investors to assign them to? It is a great deal I think.Asking $30,000,MV $58,000 and Equity is $28,000. Is this a good deal or should it be changed? Thanks for the info.

Yes, it is.
That is a 48% discount, which I think works well because you still have a large enough margin to assign the contract and make a couple thousand dollars. Investors will not pay more than 70% of the value. Keep under that figure and you should be fine.
Is assume a contract the same as assign a contract? I was thinking to do the same with some of my properties.
