4 Unit Rehab Completed Seller Financing
Got a 4 family in Cleveland rehab complete...each unit 2 bed 1 bath. All new electrical, kitchen, baths etc. Ask $40k....each unit will rent for $450 per month. Will finance with at least 10-15% down depending on credit...monthly payment apprx $400 per month
Also have two family available, one unit rented at $650 per month...other unit will rent for $550 per month. Two family has been rehabbed as well...ask $50k owner financing available as well.
hopefully you will manage it properly. Looks like a good deal.dont blame any flaliure on previous owner. You can make this work..
It look s to me like he is SELLING these units NOT buying them.
