Wholesaling And Credit
I've heard time and agian that wholesaling is the way to start out if you don't have much cash saved up and bad credit, at least til you get yourself in a better postion. Well, how do I get a property under contract when f the people that I've been sending offers to want a letter of prequalification that I can really buy the house... if that were the case, I would buy the house myself and retail it..... I'm not in that situation right now which is the reason I'm starting out with wholesaling....what am I doing wrong?
