How can I go about getting things that are on there two, three and four times for the same thing? Does this bring down you FICO score?I am sitting at a 605 right now and would like it to go up.
a 605 aint bad... but one thing to remember in r.e. investing is the norm does not apply if you want to make it.
Creative Investing is essential to make it... I hate to say it, but....step outside the box...
I have horrifying credit and really dont pay it any attention....its beyond help right now.... I need time to clear it or shall I say help to make it better....
yet I'm not waiting.... There are other methods of funding....My favorite is private investors...no apps....no fees.... low rates...no points.... just need to have low lvt of 70% or less and the cash is available....
Do work on your credit but dont depend on it or let it stop you or worse use it as an excuse not to do something.....
