Reporting Credit For Tenants
Hello, I did not see a landlording forum so please forgive me if this is not the correct forum to ask this question.
My question is: Does anyone out there know how to report credit to the credit bureaus? I have several rental homes and my tenants all pay on time and are wonderful tenants with average to bad credit. Several tenants have asked if I can report to the credit bureaus to help their improve their credit score since they pay on time. I have tried to find out how to report credit, but have had no luck. I would like to reward my tenants for paying on time by reporting it and hopefully improving their credit scores but have been fruitless in my efforts.
Does anyone know of a company I can contact to report payment history and credit to concerning my tenants?
