Removing Judgements

Hey All -

Its hard to get loads with 6-7 judgements on your credit! I have quite a few medical judgements (all paid and satisfied) that finally were closed out this year after 5 years in court. I have spent 6 months cleaning up the credit report, some of those judgements were filed 3 times on the same report!

Now that all say "Satisfied" is there a way I can delete them? I ahve heard conflicting reports, some say no way except after 5-7 years while others say there is a way. Any first hand knowledge would be appreciated.

You could try this although it is a gamble if the judgement was paid http://whychat.5u.com/hipltr.html.

What you can also do it to dispute it with the credit card company as a lot of times they do not really access the related court records and you might get lucky.
