Problems Buying A House
I have a mid-score of 594 and am having trouble getting approved for a loan. I know it's not the best FICO but I didn't think it was so bad either. I've talked to 2 lenders that think I'm gonna have to bring it up to at least a 620 to not have to put so much money down. What else can I do?

try an FHA loan you need a 580 and 3% and the seller can pay 2%
