Please Help Beginner
I am just beginning in the rel estate what is the best way to go.Are the semminars helpful,where is the best place to go for lending with no credit or bad credit what is my best option, buying and selling,flipping.,leasing,renting.Please help I am very confuse with were to start or which is the best option.
Spend a couple of hours per day crawling the TCI site. Do a lot of reading. Everything you need to get started is somewhere on this site.
Pay particular attention to how those with "no credit or bad credit" have to worry their way through to make deals work compared to those with good credit.
For starters...Clean up your credit.
