I believe this is a system which anyone can set up for themselves -- all you need is a relatively high-balance credit card and a home equity line of credit.
I have also purchased the MoneyWise program ($450 ouch!) and am waiting for it, too. Norm Baur said in an email yesterday that they are putting final edits to the video so it should be ready shortly.
I'm interested in your experience, Newbie, when you start. I expect to get going with the program probably sometime in March.
