Hello! Let me get straight to the point. I just paid all my bills (6000 worth) and I need to get financed. Is there anyone that can get me a loan for a home.
Well,a no doc loan is what I have in mind, and my credit has been deliquent for about 4 years now and I just paid it off. I dont have an LTV in mind because I dont have a property picked out, and of course I dont have a dscr because of that. I am getting a loan in southern California. I am planning to purchase also.

I've seen some of your other posts. If you would like to birddog, I and few other investors I am working with would like to buy your deals. However, asking for a conventional loan doesn't lead me to believe that this would be the case.
What type of loan? No Doc? Full Doc?
How's your credit?
What will the DSCR be?
LTV?
Purchase or Refi?
State?
More info is needed for anyone to help you out.
