I don't think you will find a lender to do this that quick. You may need to find a partner with some cash. How much do you anticipate the property you are looking at will go for?
The fastest type of loan is an unsecured line of credit. You can usually be approved in 15 minutes in person. If you are approved you can open up a checking account and have the manger fill out a temporary check to be deposited in the new checking account. I don't know if this would be enough money to purchase a whole house. I don't know your financial situation. But this may be an option for you to pursue.
You do need to have very good credit depth, and credit worthiness to get over $100K
