Need A Good Lender
I just purchased my first rental property and am going to move and buy a home next month in AL. I have good credit all 3 over 750 also hardly any debt and decent income. I need a good lender to work with me on my goal of purchasing 10 rentals in the next 5 years. I can put 5 or 10 percent down on each just need a good rate and quick closing when I find the right properties. Any suggestions would be appreciated looking for properties in TN. and AL.

guard your score you will find that if will fluctuate irratically when buy. These scores are based on so many factors you have to keep track frequently.
