Motion To Vacate?
Greetings, my fico score is 681. A little over three years ago a collection agency began calling and harrassing me about a $400 hospital bill my ex-wife had incurred. Against good advice I sent $50. Then I refused to pay anymore because it wasn't my bill. Anyhow, they got a judgement and I refused to go to court.
Is it possible to pay the bill then file a motion to vacate? Can anything be done to get rid of this problem?
