Looking For Ways To Take Over An Existing Mortgage
Hi, I'm new here so please bear with me. I am looking to take over my brothers mortgage but due to bankruptcy and child support issues I think going through a bank is out. We were originally going to do a rent to own deal but now my brother wants his name off the deed so he can purchase another property. Is there any possible solutions available for this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
