I Have Bad Credit She Has Great Credit
Im in the process of reparing my credit. My wife has excelent credit. Currently she is a housewife and has no real income is it still possible for us to obtain a morgatage usinge here great credit and my income. Please help. 
Catch 22 it will work and cut both ways....
I recently helped a couple similar to your situation. He had the better scores, but the lower income. She had terrible scores (in the 400s) but more income. I was able to get them financed by using just 24 months bank statements.

if she has a decent score do a no doc or no income verification loan wich goes by her credit and stated household income.
You need some creative financing.

Why not use her good credit to fix your bad credit. Have her put you on her cards so her good payment record shows up on your credit report
