Hello guys! I am in need of help maybe you can be the one to help me. If you are looking for an investment at this time i have one for you. I am gettin a loan to start up a business and invest in real-estate hopefully but in need of 20k right away to help get things on track. My loan is for 150,000 and had asked for more to clear up my debt i have right now. My offer is to borrow this right away and will pay back the 20 plus another 30 ( maybe a littl more if your willing to get this done right away). Its a great investment and think of what you could use the money for!!

Do you currently own a home now? I work for a mortgage company and it's possible to get the money you need by refinancing. Consider "rolling in" the amount of your debts into your total loan. I can assist you with that. Email me and I'll give you my office number.
If you don't own a home, and your loan is contingent upon you paying off your debts first but you still desire to be in real estate, consider birddogging or flipping for starters. As you build your income and pay off your debts, reapply for the loan.
If neither of these suggestions appeal to you, you might wish to consider posting your request in the creative financing forum.
