Great Deals For Keeping Costs Down

Hello all,
I know how hard it can be just starting out and on a budget and money is very tight...but still, there are some things that need to get done in order to get the marketing and motivated sellers flowing which is why I have decided to list a couple helpful tips for getting up and running on a budget...I am in no way affiliated with the companies and I do not collect a commission or anything by referring people to them...just trying to help out wherever I can

First, I would like to start off with the virtual fax services because I spent a whole day on this yesterday...ROFL

Free services are great when you're just starting out but chances are slim that you'll get a fax line in your home city much less state and it may look odd on your business cards if you have two different areas codes (just my opinion) and often times the toll free number will run you a monthly fee as well as a per page/min charge for each fax send AND received...but if you can find a good service which has a location in your local area and can offer you a local number, free incoming faxes, and a small per page/minute charge for faxes you send (depending on your usage habits), it may be a better deal for you in the long run...I decided on a company called maxemail because they have over 90 locations for a local number and it costs me $19.95 for 3 months with 200 pages/month of faxing and 20 cents/minute (I rarely send faxes...I have a fax machine at home, just not a dedicated number and $20 bucks is a lot cheaper than a dedicated line) and after the reviews I read at epinions about efax...I decided to chance it with another company...I need customer service LOL.

Okay moving along,
Website:
I spend a total of $56 for a website per year (I do my own web design)
you can register your name with www(dot)namecheap(dot)com for $8.88 per year and you can get 1GB of storage and 1GB of bandwidth per month with unlimited e-mail addys (and they have a number of other awesome features) for $48 year at www(dot)webhostingbuzz(dot)com...if you simply don't need that much space or bandwidth and want to try your hand at finding something cheaper (they do exist...lol) you can visit www(dot)findmyhosting(dot)com. I also know a couple other webhosts as well (some that also do registration for free if you get a hosting package with them...but some require an anual contract as well)...just e-mail me or PM me and ask

Business Cards/Flyers/Printed Ads:
This so far is one of the best deals I've come across for business cards and I have been referring everyone I can think of because it's just that great and the customer service is wonderful as well...
5,000 full color front and back UV coated business cards (that's a whole lotta cards...) for $99 (12 pt card stock...you can go into just about any printer and ask to see a sample of this so you can have a preview of the paper...and it's the most widely used paper for full color printing...)
5,000 full color front and back UV coated 4x6 quarter page flyers (that's a whole lotta flyers) for $149 (10 pt card stock..again, you can go into any printer and ask to see a sample)
They also do custom jobs...
If you would be interested in getting this cool beans deal, simply e-mail me or PM me and I'll give you all the information (PS if you live outside of Broward/WPB/Miami Dade Counties in FL...I'll still be able to get you the deal but I'll have to charge for shipping because I would have to pick up the cards for you and then ship em out to ya ...it's no skin off my nose and I'm always glad to help out)

Also, those personalized rubber stamps that cost $25 at office depot and office max...you can get them for $10 at wal-mart and they are the exact same quality if not better (just trying to look out for the underdog)...

If I come across any more deals I feel are super cool, I'll update this post ...

Best wishes all and much success to ya! I'd also love to hear if anyone else has some great deals and where to find them wink

I'll add a couple of my own.

Free Business Cards at www.vistaprint.com. You just pay for the shipping.

If you're doing buy and hold or rehabbing I'm a big fan of cheap labor. I find that if I work along side a couple of 14 year olds, we can get a ton done and they're thrilled to get $5 per hour

Subsidized student loans are the cheapest loans you'll ever find. Many of them you can use to invest with (...just don't tell them that).

    Library of course...
