Good Real estate Attorney In Atlanta?
Greetings all i am having a challange finding a creative finance real estate attorney in Atlanta, Ga. i have contacted several only to have them tell me they've never even HEARD of a Contract for Deed, nor "subject to" deals or "wrap" financing. at best they think i'm strange and misguided, at worst they act like i'm unethical for trying to do deals this way. i have just signed for a property via contract for deed and need a closing attorney & title company to work with me to close on july 1st. no one wants to touch it! i am planning on doing a lot more deals like this so i need a good team member. can anyone help? referrals? advice? anything?!? tired of feeling like a greasy swindler for being creative! :mad: thanks folks AB drdancinglion@thehealingroom.info [addsig]
