Credit Bureau Reporting
How can I go about reporting tenants to Credit Bureaus. I was looking up rent collection agencys online and they will report the tenants to the big 3 bureaus for a fee. I wanted to know how I could do it myself. I emailed to of the big 3 and have not received a response. Any help?
You're not big enough to interest them. However, if you get a judgment, it will be picked up by the big 3, especially if it's also recorded at the county clerk's office (in addition to merely being in the court's files).
