Claiming Bankruptcy.

Hello, all, Ok, I've been reading this forum, and I have been thinking about a few folks that I know and stories my mortgage broker has told me, and what I am about to write is this: When I put myself into a hole, you know how I got out? I got a second job and paid off my debts; then I bought an REI program, then I began to purchase properties conventionally as well as without a dime. You aware that some people declare bankruptcy every seven years like clock-work? I'm not looking down my nose, over my glasses and shaking my head. I'm simply suggesting that if you're considering bankruptcy, don't. Get a second job (REI?), go to work and pay off your bills. Thanks, OTW
