Beginner Real Estate Investing
My interest lies with lease option, owner finance, subject to and pre foreclosures. How do I start? Who do I speak to first? How do I advertise? How do I get propects to call me? How can I do this with little money and not much time because I operate another business? If I hire someone, should I pay them commission or salary and how much and full time or part time? Get yourself some books and/or courses on these subjects and educate yourself. We can answer your questions, but it would take hours to give anything but a brief overview, and that is not going to get you started.
