B C Mortgage Lender
Anyone out there know of a good B C Mortgage lender? I'm looking to buy a new home for my family. I have a previous Bankruptcy which will be discharges ago in Jan ’04 I’m told that for conv. I need 4 yrs after bankruptcy and only 2 for FHA. Good credit every since, no lates, current FICO = 672, wife's FICO - 700+, lender must be in PA (this is where the property is)

i am a loan officer here in arizona, i cant do your loan because we only do business here , but your fico scores that you posted,if they are the middle scores of the 3 agencies then you should be on an "a" paper loan
as long as you are above 660 you are fine, you should not have to go to a b c lender at all,
is this your primary residence?
do you have money to put down
you should have no problems

but since your ficos are good you still should be able to get about 7% or so with one day out of bk, depending how much youre putting down

How long it has been since your banktrupcy was discharged or satisfied? If it has been more than 2 years, you should be able to get a comforming loan. I don't why your broker told you that you cannot. Are there anything else in your credit report that I should know about.
