Any Suggestions?
I have a friend who says she rcvd a collection letter saying that she owed some money. After some investigation she found out that her parents had used her info when she was a minor to get access to this service. What actions can she take to remove this derrogatory info from her credit file

She's going to need to file a police report against her parents and take advantage of the new FACT Act's anti-identity theft provisions.
