In a nutshell, because people fail to follow the forum rules.

The moderators of TCI are volunteer and as such they do not have time to send every violator a private email telling them to read the rules before posting.

The forum rules are found in the upper left hand section under MY TCI. Next to that is the tutorial as well as Advanced Search, which by the way will answer many questions you may have, as well as Forum Help.

For visitors and members to make the most of what TCI has to offer, it is imperative that you know the rules and learn how to navigate through our site.

If , after reading the rules, there is any question about weather a post is appropriate then please contact one of the moderators who oversee that particular forum.

In the mean time, hope you find the site useful.

    regards

The forums are here to ask and answer question, not solicit or advertising. These request come up frequently with most moderators deleting them and rightfully so.......otherwise the forums would be filled with all sorts of request thereby getting away from what they were designed for.
Not to mention there are plenty of scam artist that may patrol these boards.

With all that said let me suggest that you read as much as possible about REI BEFORE you spend money on programs or a mentorship. REI is not for everyone............it takes alot of determination, taking chances (calculate if your smart), and hearing rejection quite a bit.

I would also suggest you join an local REI group that is in your area.

    Again.......................READ, READ, READ, READ.

Any responses to this thread with "contact me or see my personal profile" etc will be deleted.

    regards
