Where Are The Developers?
they say perception is reality. I need an adjustment in my perception; hopefully by asking you all on the board...
Where have are all the developers in chicago gone? I have a 6 continuous city lots needing to be developed with plans, permits approved, and 25% of the 24 allowed units sold already to the people who ran businesses out of the spaces before the building was partially destroyed. those same people are willing to invest more of their private money to see this project built. Im sure with the promise of foward movement the handful of people who want to see this building built will push to have at least 4-6 more units sold *almost 50%*

Is this not attractive enough? or am I just not doing enough to run into the right developer/buyer? what are the attitudes of builders now?
