VA Property

saw a lot for sale today it had a house that had a VA loan the house burned. Home owner forclosed on property. VA took back property. VA ripped down house and is selling just property. Does any one have exprirrence withbuilding a homeon VA property.

    Not really sure where your question is headed.

    Once you buy the land from the VA, you can build if you want to, or not. The VA has no further interest in the property after you have completed the purchase.

    I am surprised that the VA foreclosed on the property after the house burned down. The insurance company usually pays off the mortgage in a situation like this (unless they suspect arson), which eliminates the need to foreclose.
