Does anybody have a good source for raw land comps in Utah?

Are you talking about individual lots that have already been subdivided or parcels that aren't yet subdivided?

What is it that you want to do?

    Nancy,

    I am looking for both.

I specialize in rual residential land. I take existing road frontage and sub-divide into smaller parcels.

There is a specific area in Utah that I am interested in. I need all land sale comps in that area for the past two years so that I can start to learn that market.

Here in Georgia there are companies that compile comparable sales data and will sell you monthly reports. You can also get back dated reports. I am looking for the same type service for Utah.

I have talked to an appraiser out of Salt Lake but he was no help. I would rather not go through a realtor because there data will most likely be from the MLS and I need more specific data.

    Any ideas?

There are county, multi-state and national databases providing property information for several counties of Utah, as you know, but I'm not aware of a service or database that focuses only on raw land -- whether Utah or elsewhere.
