Texas Information
Hello:
I am presently located in Ca. and having a hard time making investments work. I am interested in re locating to Texas.
I am interested in buying investment houses to either flip after rehabbing. I am also interested in the Tax deed oppournities. I also invest in 1st trust deeds and usually try to keep them short term (10 - 12% interest) I am considering on building a house in the Robson Ranch area near Denton Texas so I could play the Dallas, Ft Worth market. If anyone has any information on any of the above, Please respond. I don't know the market there and will be making my first trip February 2004.
I need to team up with someone in that area as I will continue with my liquidation process here.

If you are moving to the dallas fort worth area you might one to look into http://www.flsonline.com/ they run a forclosure listing service that list tax + mortgage forclosures. They also have a seminar and guides that desrcibe the forclosure process. The person who runs this had been in the business since the 70's
I live in houston area and his grand daughter runs his business in this area I attended her seminar and found it extremely useful much more informative then any of the books I have read.
