Tear Down And Condo Build
I am currently considering a lot for tear down and rebuild of 2 townhomes on the property. The current property is occupied by a single family home. It is zoned for R-2. I am looking for sumwhat of a turn-key plan to build from to control costs. If anyone knows of a site or provider of numerous architectural plans that a can apply lot dimensions to for costing, I would be appreciative.
