I have located a .25 acre in Palm Beach county,Fl that is vacant in an existing condo association. Infrastructure is already laid out, plans are drawn and permits applied for. All I have to do is buy the land for $400K and start building 12 condo units 2bedroom /2bathroom at resale of approx $120K each. To nett approx $420K after 6 mths Have GC license, but lack financing. Any interested parties? It's a hot deal and will not last long. :coolgrin:
