Strip Mall Land And Development
I am new to commercial real estate and wanted to know if someone could direct me to tips and strategies in buying land with an option and developing a strip mall - My area is growing like crazy and there is some prime land well suited for strip land development.
I mentioned this in your other thread, but go search the archives for "Advice for a beginner." It has a bunch of very good advice.
