Streamside Mitigation Bank
Does anybody have any information or sources of information on Streamside Mitigation Banks. Primarly value and market information.
I am looking at a property that has a potential bank on it. The Seller has the engineering and design work complete and is ready to aplly for the permits. He is putting alot of value on the potential bank. I know nothing about mitigation projects and do not desire to follow through with the bank. However, if I can extract some value out of the bank then I maybe able to purchase the remaining property at a real attractive price.
