Recharacterization Of A Residence
Just wondering, can anyone tell me how I can officially recharacterize my "vacation home" (which I've been livng in more than 6 months of the year) as my "primary residence" - so that if and when I decide to sell it I can get the tax advantages? Thanks! 
Are living in or do you plan on moving back to your previous residence?
Might depend on what State you are in. You need to declare it your prim. res. to the state, for taxes and voting.
