Real Estate Consultants?
I was wondering if anyone know of some real estate site planning consultants that worked in the state of Georgia. Just basically someone or a firm that helps with site plans and possiby zonign issues for a feww or whatever. I am not even sure if there is sucha thing but as long as money is involed I am sure there is.

It depends if you are looking for an Engineering firm or if you are looking for someone to work with you as a resource to walk your project through re-zoning etc. There are developers that will help you with your project. Let me know if you need help finding resources.

are you looking for a land planner or a development partner? these are two totally different areas of expertise. I know quite a few land planners and others...just depends on what you are looking for.
