A person ask me to help/advise them about possiblely developing this land. I know nothing about land development but I would like to learn.
Here is the deal
100 Acres of land (Currently zone agric.)
Location: Lake City, FL
Given the location and the current census stats(county population 70,000) would a developer be interested in this small rural area

Are they a direct lender? Are they assuring you 100% that the loan will close? If not, your out 50k...
They are doing 40%.
