Panalized Homes, What Do You Think?

I am considering working with eagles nest homes, but I met with a builder and he told me that instead of going with the panalized construction, I could go with stick frame construction and save up $20,000.00. My question is what are your thoughts and has anyone worked with panalized construction or eagles nest homes. Thanks for your help.... totally confussed on this one.
