Oregon Condo Conversion Question
Does anyone know of reasonably priced surveyor and attorneys who are experienced in small project condo conversion? This is my first conversion, and so far it looks like $8000 to the surveyor and $8000 to the lawyer. Plus other fees. Suggestions appreciated! (I hope this is the right place to ask, please advise if not, thanks).
I don’t want to be a wise guy but with a user name like Portland Oregon along with the title of Oregon Condo Conversion I am guessing that is the location that he is trying to do his condo conversion.
I know in the phoenix market it is not unusual to spend $15,000 for survey.
