Hi all, I was wondering what kind of paper do you get from county or development dept in order to know If the land is builable or not.

Thanks

    Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to give some constructive advice. At this point we would be happy to refi the existing units and sell off the new construction part of the project. We already own the 1.23 acres for the 22 new units to be built, and unfortunately our pockets are just not deep enough to continue on with the whole project.
I would like to know what my loan options might look like for the refi on the existing units, one loan on the whole building - or refi each unit individually? You are correct, they are already individual condo units. Are there any 40 yr products out there for these completed units? That would sure help the cash flow situation.
Please give some general guidance here, and then feel free to email me **Please See My Profile**, I will give you more details so you can give me specific loan product info.
    Thanks - Amy

    Mark,
I would like to know more details about both the 35 yr for the 12 unit refi, and the 40 year A&D loan for the new construction. Who does these loans?
    Amy
