I am interested in getting around 21 investors together to build some houses on 10 diffrent pieces of land. What is a good way of screening investors to know if they are serious or not ?

Thanks for the information, I have a meeting this evening with some of the investors to see how we are going to get this project done, plus to see if it is going to be worth doing as far as numbers go. I am in the process of getting my own group of investors together
to start investing in residental properties and developments, do you have any advice on that.
